Returns and refunds

We want you to love your new sunnies. If not, you have 14 days to change your mind.

Return conditions
•⁠  ⁠You can return your order within 14 days from the delivery date.
•⁠  ⁠Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Any item returned used or damaged may be refused.

How to request a return
1.⁠ ⁠Email us at support@pauldorsay.com with your order number.
2.⁠ ⁠Tell us if you prefer an exchange or a refund.
3.⁠ ⁠We’ll reply with the return instructions.

Refunds
•⁠  ⁠Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
•⁠  ⁠Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear on your account.

Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll solve it for you as quickly as possible.
